BEA Systems, and Peninsula Capital
SAN MATEO, CA, February 18, 2000 - Targeting the growing
demand for web application management software, Wily Technology,
Inc. announced today that it successfully closed a first round
of venture funding. Investors include Greylock Management,
BEA Systems, Inc., Peninsula Capital and Fayez Sarofim &
Co. Funds from this round of financing will be used to develop
updated releases of the Company's IntroscopeTM product and
to expand sales and marketing.
Wily Technology, Inc., based in San Mateo, CA, is the leader
