Closes $10 Million Second Round Funding from Greylock, Accel
Partners
Burlingame, CA - November 28, 2000 - Furthering its leadership

Inc. announced today that it has successfully closed a $10
million second round of venture funding. Investors include
Greylock Management, Accel Partners and BEA Systems. This
round of financing will be used to grow Wily's web application
management product portfolio and further expand the sales
and marketing operations.
