Executive Team with Addition of Steve Tucker as Vice-President
of Product Management
Burlingame, CA, August 5, 2002 – Wily Technology, the

that it has expanded its executive team with the addition
of Steve Tucker as vice-president of product management.
Mr. Tucker brings to Wily more than 25 years of product management
experience in the high-tech industry.
As vice president of product management, Steve Tucker is
responsible for overall product strategy, which involves
working with Wily's customers, partners and engineering team
to ensure that the company's products continue to exceed
customer expectations. Prior to joining Wily, Steve worked
as a consultant, providing medium to long-term services to
technology companies in the US, Europe and Japan. Prior to
that he served as vice-president of operations and engineering
at Skribo, Inc. where he managed all aspects of the successful
deployment of ASP-based finance, CRM and E-commerce solutions.
At Novell, Inc. Steve served as vice-president and general
manager of the Advanced Access Applications Division. Previously
he held senior management positions at Digital Research,
Inc., and Intel.
