of its total quality initiatives to help effectively manage

workforce software and ensure the health of its customers'

A Web-based solution, the CyberShift Workforce Management

production. These baselines are used to set thresholds for
Introscope Alerts that will proactively notify CyberShift
of potential issues that can impact the performance of the
CyberShift Workforce Management Suite.
