in enterprise application management, today announced record-breaking
sales results for the second fiscal quarter of 2004 which
ended June 30, 2004. Wily added more than 30 new licensed
customers during the quarter, demonstrating that the Company's
vision of providing unrivaled expertise, superior software
solutions and best practices to improve the performance and
availability of mission critical applications and infrastructure
systems continues to be embraced by leading global 2000 companies.
Further solidifying Wily's position as the leading application
performance management vendor, the company achieved almost
50 percent revenue growth in sales compared to the same period
last year. In addition, Wily won several industry awards
for innovation and customer success during Q2'04, including
VentureWire's Investor Choice Award and the SD Times 100.
Customer Growth in Worldwide Markets
Wily added more than 30 new customers during the quarter
and continues to win significant business from Global 2000
companies in key vertical markets. Customers with significant
transactions this quarter included Barclays Bank, DaimlerChrysler,
Fiducia, Hallmark Channel, and Renesas Technology.

Expanding Application Management Offerings and Services
As part of Wily's commitment to innovation, the company
extended its support for the entire on-demand Application
Platform Suite and shipped seven new Introscope® PowerPack™ products
designed to monitor and manage the performance and availability
of application and technology adapters in the IBM WebSphere
Business Integration family of products. Wily also announced
a new product, Wily Portal Manager™ for BEA WebLogic
Portal. In addition, Wily announced management capability
for IBM Lotus Workplace and for Java applications running
on HP NonStop servers.
To better help its customers and partners establish best
practices for managing and monitoring Java environments,
Wily also unveiled a new J2EE Performance Practice which
includes a suite of technical services, educational offerings,
and business partner programs designed to complement its
industry-leading application management software solutions.
The new services offerings transfer critical technical and
process skills to Wily customers and partners so that they
understand day to day operations of Java-based applications,
define and set best practices for managing their applications;

In Q2'04, Wily significantly expanded its ecosystem of partners
to increase market coverage and provide enterprises better

management solutions. New Wily Business Partners include
CrossLogic, eBuilt, E2E Consulting, Haverstick Consulting,
Merlin Technical Solutions, Net2S, RFD & Associates,
and Selesta. All are leading systems integrators and consulting

has entered into agreements with these best-of-breed partners
