Fiducia IT AG Deploys Wily Introscope Solution

has selected Wily’s Introscope® to monitor the
availability and performance of its Java-based retail banking
system, agree®. Introscope is also being used to help
Fiducia to identify and locate errors in the development
and integration phases of its Java-based solutions. Using

Financial services organizations must conduct online business

that the heavy amount of data created by online transactions

its Java applications were extensively tested during the
development and pre production phase, in deployment some
of the functions did not achieve target response times. In
order to improve the availability and performance of its
customer-facing, online applications, Fiducia needed to be
able to quickly and easily identify the source of bottlenecks.
Wily’s Introscope was selected for its ease of use
and ability to continually check application activity and
connections to back-end systems from inside the application
itself, instead of checking response times based on synthetic
queries. In just five hours, Fiducia was able to implement
Introscope and achieve an immediate improvement in application
availability.
