Selected by SAP® Active Global Support (SAP AGS) to Provide
Application Management Capabilities for SAP NetWeaver™ Platform
Brisbane, CA – October 27, 2004 – Wily Technology,
the leader in enterprise application management, today announced
that SAP® Active Global Support (SAP AGS) has selected
Wily's Introscope® as a tool to provide application
management capabilities for customers using the SAP NetWeaver™ platform.
By integrating Wily's technology with its own, SAP
AGS can help assure its customers that their environments
and applications based on SAP NetWeaver will successfully
meet business goals and deliver superior customer service,
with the highest levels of application uptime and performance.
After internal and customer field trials, SAP AGS turned
to Wily to assist with Web application management for the
SAP NetWeaver platform. SAP will distribute Introscope with
SAP NetWeaver, enabling SAP support centers around the globe
to gain instant visibility inside its customers' systems
and rapidly detect application performance issues. With Wily's
automatic alerting capabilities, application issues can be
detected before they impact end-users, enabling SAP customers
to meet or exceed service level agreements and quality of
service goals with SAP NetWeaver.

As part of the agreement, Wily Technology and SAP engineering
and professional services teams will collaborate to provide
ongoing solutions for monitoring and managing advanced, Web
applications deployed on SAP NetWeaver. Wily and SAP will
work together to deliver specific Introscope technology enhancements
designed for SAP NetWeaver.
