Appoints Melinda Watson as Worldwide General Manager of Consulting
Technology Veteran to Drive Growth of Professional Services Organization
Brisbane, Calif. – September 14, 2005 – Wily Technology,
the leader in Enterprise Application Management, today announced
today announced the appointment of Melinda Watson, a 20-year technology veteran, to the position of VP and General Manager of Consulting. Watson will be responsible for the ongoing expansion of Wily's professional services organization, which has grown over 110 percent in the past year.

Prior to joining Wily, Watson served as vice president of
Services, SI Alliances and Partners at BEA, where she created
and launched BEA's first internal program to leverage customer
service relationships to uncover sales leads and opportunities
from the professional services organization. Prior to BEA,
Watson served at AT&T Global Information Solutions —
later known as NCR Corporation — as managing partner, Americas
Electronic Commerce Professional Services Practice. While
there, Watson successfully managed a $23 million customer
service practice for electronic commerce solutions in the
telecommunications industry, including all Y2K readiness
engagements for the company. Watson holds a Bachelor of Arts
degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Stephens
College.
