Wily Technology Names Randy Wert to Lead Federal Market Operations

Brisbane, Calif. – October 24, 2005 – Wily Technology, the leader in Enterprise Application Management, today announced Randy Wert has joined the company to lead its team providing sales and services for the U.S. Federal Government. Wert will be responsible for managing relationships with Wily’s current U.S. Government customers and introducing the company’s industry-leading application performance management solutions to additional U.S. Government agencies.

"Randy has a thorough understanding of the IT challenges facing Federal Government organizations today," said Chris Cook, senior vice president, worldwide field operations, Wily Technology, Inc. Wert has more than 20 years of experience serving U.S. Government accounts for enterprise software companies. Prior to Wily, Wert was director of U.S. Federal sales for BMC/Remedy software. Wert has also served as Federal Account Manager for Business Objects. Before Business Objects, Wert spent 18 years with Unisys Federal Systems helping a broad variety of Federal customers leverage technology to meet their organizational missions. Wert has Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia.
